Replacing thermostat

today Im going to replace my thermostat and i was wondering whats need to make the job go smooth.
Im be getting from honda, is there and gaskets ill need?

the engine is a jdm d15b vtec so should I get the same one that comes in the usdm model d15b8?

get a new gasket and a thermostat. im almost sure that the d16z6 parts will work

i did it I used new parts for the usdm model 1.5 civic and now I got heat.
