Have a b18b into a 1996 civc ,now that i starts it will idle for 1 min then shut orr can anyone help me as to what to do?.
Also behind the intake maniflod there is this small hole that sucks air in is that suppose to be block off or is there a line to go somewhere?.
Hope my qeustion is clear and thanks for the help.

The hole you are talking about, is it from inside of the throttle body, just before the flap? If so, then no its not supposed to be blocked. Also when you start it up when cold what are the rpms at? Try adjusting the idle. There is a flat head screw on the throttle body pointing to the pasanger fender, turn it counter clock wise to increase the idle rpm.

Check your mass flow sensor under the dash on the left hand kick panel. Open it and check all solders for dry/cracked solders and re-solder. It looks like this
