Hey i have a 99 civic sir.
I just put a new b16 in. (my other one had burnt vavles and other gay problems)

When the car is warm and im in gear or in netural and i slightly touch the gas you can here a bogging sound or kinda humming and bogging at the same time. The rpm does go up an ddown jsut a bit no more then 100rpm when ur slightly on the gas. can anyone please help me.

I have an 00 SiR with the B16 and I'm not sure what your describing...

Does the car run fine otherwise? (like during normal driving or even when running it hard?)

Do you have an aftermarket intake on it?

When my car is at running temperatures. and at a stand still in neutral or in gear, if i slighlty touch the gas pedal. my idle fluxuates up and donw its very minimal but i cant see what the problem would be can someone help me ?

oh man.. so it "fluctuates as in it bogs and corrects it self..can you hear the engine hesitate or is it just your guage cluster thats ****ing up. your description still sucks

So after you touch the gas and the rpm's go back to idle, your engine surges? If so, clean your idle circuit


If you mean, when you tap the gas, your rpm's go really low (like 600 or lower) then it raises back up then finally idles right, you have a larger issue and I would suggest consulting a shop. Could be a sensor, weakened coil, fuel system issue, etc.
