I am quoting all aftermarket parts (which are fine)

fuel filter $25 labour is 0.4h
plugs/wires $80-100 for wires, 20-25$ for ngk plugs labour is 0.6-1.0h (depends where you go)

cap and rotor are around 30-35$ labour is 0.6h

pcv valve is around 7$ labour is 0.3-0.4

cat, highly depends where you go.. generally your looking at with install 150-200

o2 sensor, again depends what brand, where you go, its 0.6-0.8 install and some go for around $80

In all honesty, you should CHECK all the parts before replacing. Stuff like an o2 sensor and a cat are not common maintenice items and aren't cheap. Any qualified shop can check the functions of your cat, o2, check if you need new plugs ( you shouldnt need wires unless your car is mis-firing), etc.
