Well this is driving me crazy and was wondering if anybody had any ideas.

I swapped an f20b into a 5th gen prelude [97], all went well except after i swapped the oil pump the crank/tdc sensor decided it doesn't want to work. That's fine, i grabbed the f20b distributor and wired it into the harness. No more codes for that. Had distributor failure, so had it rebuilt and it was running like a champ. Replaced the plugs/wires with NGK gaped properly. Running the h22 ecu, i keep getting a misfire in all 4 cylinders. Comes on after a while and is getting annoying. Can feel a little bog once in a while which follows the CEL. Now here is the kicker, due to epic fail of my brother who grabbed the wrong plug for o2 sensor and plugged it into the crank sensor plug that's still hanging around, the car had no misfires other than o2 sensor cel. So after i realized the mistake, I plugged it into the right socket and BAM cel for all four cyl misfire is back on.

This is beyond me. I also have an f20b ecu with conversion harness which..doesn't work well. Car does not want to rev and wants to die out all the time. Though i've been told that h22 ecu will work fine for the f20b setup, i don't understand why i keep getting the code.

I have thought about the signal for the crank sensor being picked up from the distributor which spins 2x faster, zeeman and Paul at altech both said I was wrong and it is fine the way it is.
