Ok just a preamble of whats wrong with the car incase someone finds it benifiary. 2003 civic si, earlier in the summer the ac ceased on me so i bypassed the ac with a non ac belt. A week later I park the car to fly out for vacation, came back 2-3 weeks later start the car and get almost home (20-30min driving) and the cel comes on.

I jump the sevice connector and got 71 - random misfire cylinder 1, 72 - random misfire cylinder 2, 74 - random misfire cylinder 4.
I can reset the cel and it wont come back on unless im in the highway driving for ~30min or so. If im staying in town and not driving much the cel will go out in a few days by itself. The car also seems to jump/buck/hesitate in around 2500rpm.

The only thing i have done is change the plugs (see below), and oil but not for this problem, it just needed to be done.
Also the batt light will flash on ocassion during start only, this also only happened after I returned from vacation, but it goes away as soon as i bring the rpm up. Ill be checking the belt tension for that.

Any suggestions?

check resistance in the plug wires for the misfire and hesitation issue. Even if they look ok they could be broken internally. Hows your distributor and rotor?
