ok when my car is cold it runs good but when it warms up it starts to have a really low idel it goes pass 1000 rpm almost to 0 would you guys no what it would be

any check engine lights? whats your setup?

Does it happen everytime? If you try and revv it up does it run fine? when you drive it warm does it misfire?

no engine light on i just got a b20b and my ecu chip. When i drive its fine but it only happens when i'm stopped then the idel just drops bad it looks like it's going to die on me but it doesn't and what do you mean by" when you drive it warm does it misfire" how can i tell if it's misfireing?

so in other words.. when you are driving its fine. Just at idle it wants to die?

Could be a mal-adjusted idle screw, i would check to see if its been tinkered with, if it looks old.. DONT touch it.

Then I would possibly look into vacuum leaks, clogged idle passages in the control valve. Things of that nature.

has it always done this with this engine? or is this a new symptom? mine did this once when the cap and rotor was dirty. i cleaned the contact points with some fine grit sandpaper, and the problem went away, so i went ahead and replaced them both.
