b16 civic

i have a b16a2 in my 93 civic it was runnin then stopped and now it wont start it has spark,gas and everything is top dead center . wut could it be

Do you have an injector pulse?
Is the coil output up to spec? Sure you can have spark outside of the engine, but until compression is a different story. Ensure you have atleast 40KV of ignition.
When you say everything is at TDC, what do you mean? That the camshaft marks are all good?

Does it just crank without any life in it, or does it seem like its about to start at times?

Also, how did you check that you have fuel? Do you hear the fuel pump go on?

just b/c you hear the fuel pump priming doesn't mean you actually have fuel in the engine.

it has fuel in the rail and it has lots of life when it turns over and yea the cranks marks r all good but will not start
