so i just got my new eg... the guy who sold it to me has been using royal purple for the past few years... royal purple is not a cheap product.. and i was wondering if i should just continue using the royal purple oil... i know its used by alot of people... but just wanted some opinions on it... is it worth the money, or should i settle for another type? if it is worth it then i'd be happy to use it!

Wow what a coincidence, the ad under your post is actually for "Royal Purple" haha, just thought it was funny.
Now to answer your question, in my opinion, its not worth using royal purple on stock engine. unless its built and you are planning on keeping it for a long long while, i would just use cheap synthetic oil.
