I'm stepping down from my 16" rims because I don't care to deal with the camber wear and costs associated with fixing it.

So I'm targeting something along the lines of the 00 SIR rims as I know my winters have minimal camber on my lowered car.

What are the tire dimensions on the tires for the OEM 15" alloys, say if I don't find any OEM's available and go aftermarket?

for the OEM SIR rims...the stock tire size was 195-55-15. alternatively, you can also opt for 205-50-15 or 205-55-15 and stay within a reasonable variance to your rolling diameter.

if you are lowered on sport springs....50 will be better than 55.

AFAIK, you will still have camber wear regardless of what size rims you have on if your car is lowered

Awesome. What are the stock steelie dimensions? Is it still 195? I have 205/45/16, but the camber is a real problem compared to my steelies.

stock steelie comes with185/65/14 tires. but for real, camber has nothing to do with rim/tire combo. only reason your winter tires don't wear out as fast from camber is ... well for one, the tires usually have a longer wear rating, and secondly you're usually driving on snow or ice which doesn't wear out tires cuz it's slicker... dry pavement provides greater traction, therefore it wears tires out faster.

The steelies are 14x5.5 I think. The tire size is 185/65/14.

I could be the toe and not camber causing the tire wear.
