my neighbor scuffed my rear bumper

backed into my sol & scratched the bumper. just needs a repaint. no real damage. thats an old photo i just had handy.

i've gotten quotes from 3 places.

1. lyon's auto body on burnhamthorpe in mississauga
2. paint-a-car collision on wharton way (off dundas, near diamonds fool )
3. magic paint n' dent -> erin mills auto centre.

they're all quoting in the range of 275-330. i think i'll do my front bumper at the same time since they'll already have the paint in the gun. save a bit of money.

my question is, does anyone have any experience with these shops? good or bad? i checked out bbb and they all have some pissed customers naturally

i'll take any other recommendations apart from what's in the sticky? i know it's a pretty small job but i'm very ****. needs to be 100%.

you want 100% AND are concerned with prices? you will not get a 100% finish from a used bumper no matter how hard you try

My car is at the paint a car in oakville and the owner steven is great, really friendly and will give you a tour of the shop and show you exactly how it is done. It really depends on how much you are paying, if you haggle with the price the quality of work is gonna reflect that. Just ask if you can take a look in the shop, i'd rather pick a shop thats clean and organized than a shop that looks like ****. Right now they have a MB SL55 in the shop so i feel pretty confident that they'll do a good job

There cutting out my rear quarter panel and welding in a new one aswell as painting the panel and door. I stopped by a few times while the work was in progress and was quite impressed on the quality of work and it all lined up perfectly jus like it was new

c'mon dude. i appreciate your help, but never once in post did i say i was concerned with the prices. that wasn't the question. i thought i'd just check into tcc to see if anyone had any 1st hand experience with these shops. i'm not asking 100% like-new condition. i'm reasonable but demand a good job if i'm paying for it. ever try dropping your car off for work friday @ 4 in the afternoon? hahaha
