crazy driver or neighbor?

hey, there was a car which drifted through a corner on my neighborhood and one of my neighbors says hes going to file a complaint, he has the license plate and everything. the car wasn't really speeding, he was going the limit but decided to drift through that corner, i was wondering what can possibly be done to the driver of the vehicle if anything at all or my neighbors just for even trying.

He'll probably just get a warning from the cops.

lol, well i do pull the ebrake cable once in a while for some fun lol but after seeing the seriousness some people express, probably not going to lolz. how are they going to give the warning? is it letter or do the police come? just curious lol, i think i might know the person who was the driver.

they wont do anything.
unless there is multiple people that reported it.
and if that occurs the most that will happen is a warning.
now the next time he drifts and say a police officer was there or he kills someone then he can kiss his licence and *** good bye.

if a cop see's him it won't be pretty. careless driving comes to mind, i bet they'd find atleats 1-2 more too especially with ERASER program going. but since no cops saw it, a warning or visit from police to that area...then if anything on his car is not up to spec...well...$$$$

why do people think its cool to do this **** in a residential area....go to an area where you can do it safe, an indistrial area where its a safe (meaning where you can see what your doing, not real dark or not where you can't see around a corner), hell anywhere besides the worst place in the world to do this ****...which is a residential area.

Without proof, not much can happen. THe cop might speak to the guy, but cant do ****... Because of course, the person filing the complaint can be bull****ting just trying to get teh person in trouble because they dont like them...

Its like, i dont like that kid, so im going to write is plate down and make up some story in hope to get him in ****. Cops gotta look at the possibilities of course.

If there owner of that car has had complaints or tickets against them, the cops might show up at the car owners home. The cops use RPG (reasonable probable grounds). If they have reson to believe a crime has been or will be commited then the can follow up on it without actually witnessing the act.

I've called in dring complaints several times before. I was driving through Hamilton and I saw an SUV driving crazy, runnign red lights, etc. so I called the cops. The dispatcher had me follow the truck at a distance until they showed up and pulled it over. I found out later the truck was stolen and the driver was wanted.

Nothing will happen the cop either has to witness if for himself... or have many people report the same guy. The cop is going to say to the neighbour, "sorry but what do you want us to do"
