Instructions to Painting Grill

Hey.. I recently bought a mugen grill, and it's unpainted. It's black plastic right now.

How would I go about painting this msyelf..

what do you i need to get and how to sand it down?..

and how about the paint?..

any help would be nice.. thanks

Go to crappy tire buy some GOOD paint.
If its smooth just give it a light scuff with some fine grit sand paper. Read the directions on the paint can and ask the hardware guy which paper you should use.
