Penetrating Oil

What are the better ones to use...

WD-40
Liquid Wrench
Release All
Krown... etc

anyone have any links to a comparison to what penetrating oils actually work at freeing rusted parts

Bardayl Super Spray - or Castle Thrust or 50/50

Anything with teflon is good also..

Depends on the use.

don't need anything to protect, i use antiseize for that, just something to eat the rust (if its possible) to get some bolts out

Try snugging it up then loosen, and keep doing it, apply heat!
Torch it!

I had the same problem... I went to a truck stop and had them hit the axle nuts with a massive gun that they use for truck wheels and whatnot. came off like it was nothing. Drove the car home on loose axle nuts very carefully!!!
