Surfofpink

When I first got my car I thought it was cool to get all the looks and stares and people waving and stuff cause my car is hot pink. Then it started getting out of hand. Like people would come up to me in restaurants out of no where and be like "OMG you are the girl with that hot pink civic". Im sitting there thinking 'I don't know you, probably never will and I would like to eat dinner thanx'. Now when people wave at me that I don't know or laugh and stare or whatever I just want to be like "WTF are you looking at?" The fun & novelty has warn off in only a month and now I think I hate the attention. Anyone else get annoyed sometimes by gawkers?

Trust me, once the attention and looks go away you start to miss it. I drive my car only in the summer so during winter I start missing the fact that no one looks at your car anymore. Just enjoy it...

maybe whats needed is a little sticker on the rear bumper saying "WTF are you looking at"

its pink...ur askin for attention, dont complain about something that was innevitably gonna happen. Personally, I dont know how people drive cars like that daily...like wakin up and lookin out front and seeing some wild coloured car there and knowing u gotta drive it around, that ish aint for me!

Owning a car like that is like being a celebrity, people are gonna look at you and give u attention (good or bad) and if u cant take the "fans, groupies or haters" then u shoulda left the car a stock colour.

You are INVITING attention with your hot pink car…are you telling me you did not know that?!?!? I agree with you that you would rather be left alone and just have people passively admire the car rather than voice their opinion…but we don’t live in Bangladesh….

Hey of all the ways that girls get attention I would think that it would be a welcome change not to have it originate below the belt. I've seen the pics of your car and I think it looks nice. I'd probably compliment you on it if you pulled up next to me in a parking lot, some people would come up to you in a restaurant I guess. My point is that it's decent, non-creepy(well, depending on the restaurant, lol I'm picturing a romantic candlelight date broken up by some skinny kid in a wife beater and a visor on sideways saying "yo that pinkizzle **** is mad tyte!") attention so why not enjoy it. If anyone voices a negative opinion that's their problem. There's nothing wrong with a girl in a modded hot pink car.

Girl you got a nice ride to get the attention. Take it. Better than pumping ur music loud just to get a spin of heads. You get it without doing anything. But yeah the coming up to you when your eating is a little out of hand. But still that is kinda great.
