I am all for it. A kid should have a proper childhood. Not be in college at age of 13.
Adapting to the people there plus finding friends would be extremely hard for her because of the age difference. So yes, i agree with college decision.

I had a hard enough time adjusting to college at 16 (turning 17 that December). Couldn't do anything with my friends (clubs, partying etc) until my last semester. It sucked. I couldn't even imagine it at the age of 13. My younger sister is 15 and there is no way in hell she would make it in college.
