im about to start a long painfull project of puttin a k20 in my eg hatch, but i cant find any local places that sell mounts,axles,plug n play harness

what shops have/are doing k series swap into 5th gen civics so i can maybe pick up the part from/thru them.

i didnt know defcon had done any??

i also just heard that next level is doing them, for mounts,axles,harness they want 4500$!!!

but on hasports website the mounts are 650,harness 350 and axles 600 all us

i donno what dark place in thier body they pulled 4500 form but thats way too much

It's a very complex swap. Harness has to be butchered, mounts have to be reworked - the list is very long. SCC did a write up on this...Too much $$$ for my blood..

read up on H-T, there are a few places on there selling mounts and harnesses. Some you have to completely butcher the harness and others arent so bad.

i can get u the parts as for shops...i would take the time and read alot and do it my self if i was you...f u get the harness and the PnP cluster harness u should be fine also u have to worry about the immobolizer for that u have to choose if u want to run a kpro or u will have to find a real jdm k20R ecu

the hybrid mounts look like they can do the job.
but they just don't look as nice as the hasport mounts.

EDIT, its not 3 thousand for that stuff, its 3 thousand for
EVERYTHING you need to do the swap...
