In Canada? That's a very large area to be covered. You might wish to zoom in a little bit on that.

New Japanese aftermarket products or used Japan Honda OEM parts?

I got all my jdm body and other misc parts from big japenese auto parts, my engine from tiger japan, and my tranny from lucky star.

if you get the bumper you will also need to get the brackets to hold it on, these are very important. Also you will loose your rebar in doing this swap so drive careful!

No rebar in the JDM bumper blair? your crazy i would drive without a rebar... couldn't you get a JDM one or fab someting?

you probably could fab something but I like having 30 less pounds in the front of my car. And no civic in japan in that era came with a rebar, they didnt require it and probably still dont.
