rsx in canada was replaced by the csx? when did this happen?
not even the same car. csx is a jdm civic rebadged.
if you read it all over again, you will notice that the author meant to say that CSX replaced the RSX as Acura's entry level automobile. I am sure that is what he meant and not the fact that CSX replaced the RSX literally (coupe vs. sedan difference)

Clicking the CSX link in the same sentence will take you to the CSX page where the same statement is repeated.

I agree with 'Viper_2_4'... most young adults are the ones that are buying / making parents buy them these acura's....one thing ive noticed since the new TL came out that you have a different market getting that car and are starting to move over to Acura..so in the long run this might be a good move for them.. as honda already has a good name with their cars...

that wouldnt make sense either because only canada has the csx so it didnt replace it. and seeing has canada had a 1.6EL and a 1.7EL and america didnt tells me that the CSX is a direct replacement for the EL models in canada. And a car cannot replace a car if the car is still under production.

at the end csx is not a replacement for rsx and no csx is not an entry vehicle into the acura line-up as you might think the author meant because america doesnt have CSX. and based on the information provided by the author he is talking from both american and canadian context so that would make his statement wrong.

I think so far the best "replacement" for the RSX is the Civic Si.

possibly a two door variant of the TSX for 09...

but as for right now nothing is replacing the RSX....

coupes aren't selling as hotly as they were a few years ago... sedans, SUVs, CUVs and 5 door cars (cars with hatches for storage space) seem to be the thing that's picking up now... it's just a shift in consumer preferences...

its not that expensive...compare it to the Si....Si is 26 something, add a couple thousand for leather, luxury brand name, etc...and it kind of makes sense
