Going, going... GONE!
It's official, I bought a '05 WRX STi... I'm out of the civic scene!
I haven't been as active as I would've liked, but I was recently hired fulltime, so my time is very limited. I will still be keeping my 90' CRX SiT, putting it back together actually. But I doubt I'll be spending any more money on it, other than a Tune, and maybe some track time.
Selling my 96' HB with my 97 ITR powerplant and S80 Transmission for $2000! Had it post at ****.ca and within 30 minutes had an offer, by text. Checking my email, I already have offers from TCC too!
I guess that's it for me!

Subaru is a blast...
And when 'hoping' (new subaru dealship term for 'suping') out your STi, it's completely different!
Loven the Boxter engine! The take off is... so different! When accelerating around a corner, it's directly pointed there... unlike my 96 HB w/ Skunk2 Suspension (Pro-S) you aim and the front wheel w/ LSD tranny pulse you into the turn... So different! Love'in it!

Could be worse! Just a touch worse than the ITR! But for all the right reasons. I don't drive it like I stole, didn't do that in the ITR either.
Yes, She's sold! Got a whooping $1700 lol... Paid for my STi's snow tires. Originally it was $2000 but we noticed the head was a PR3, so he thought it was from a SiR. I didn't know any better(didn't care really) and said sure to 1700. (or maybe 1800, forget the detials). Then I did some reading from c-speedracing.com and some ITR's use PR3 heads... it was an honest mistake though.
Talking these Subaru guys down in their classifieds is impossible! I 'NEED' this tuning computer called an AccessPort (make them for the Honda Si's too) and it sells brand new for 595$, you can't get a use one for under $500! Bah, need to sell off some honda parts I have laying around to pay for some more subaru stuff lol. Sold my car to get some tires, so maybe I could sell my OBD0 computer and get... lug nuts.
Jess, it's a hell of a ride! and about $5000(or less) more will get you about 350awhp! I mean... if you're into that!?
