Nick, go to Mt Nemo and sit on the edge of the escarpment and watch the vultures with the gta in the background.

I usually go for rip in my car with some really heavy music cranked. That usually helps out but sometimes depression is overwhelming and there's nothing you can do but endure it and hope for change.

its true, sex is the best psychologist. I liek to go to the cottage, go wakeboarding, and get loaded with some friends. Girl-friends and ex's are good company too

I'm a newbie so i dont know you guys very well yet but here is my rant. I've been single for a couple months and thought about this, it is so true. It's helped me, so i hope it can help someone else.

People are ALWAYS in a rush. I used to work at Dominion in customer service, now I work at the beer store. I've seen that there are alot of differences in people. Most people come in and want to be in and out ASAP. These are the people i don't get. Then there is the odd customer who comes in and wants to chat it up. My point is that people live there lives in the past and future when it is useless. You are wasting your life. We always aspire for the future, thinking 'when I grow up', 'when I move out', 'Ican't wait till the weekend', 'when I retire', etc, etc. Then when you retire what do you have? Time to look back and realize that you wasted so much time thinking about the future and not embracing the present. Of course it is okay to look forward to things and have goals, but do not forget about the present. Take everyday like it is your last and enjoy it! (even at work). No one likes work, unless you are a selecetd few who has their own shop or garage. Enjoy every moment of the day and be happy with what you have. I found that the day after I thought about this I felt like a million bucks. I walked into worked with a huge smile. Work wasn't bad that day either. I played some phranks on coworkers and had a good time.

Hey, if you really think about it, it makes sense. Atleast to me. ::

I hope it helps!

Andrew

Nick, nothin cures my anger after fighting with the girl friend, **** that happens to my car, an stuck up idiots on the road that think there better then you because you drive a civic. Just go for a drive, listen to loud music, get some ***, or use this one cause it works really well, get into a fight at an intersection with a guy at two in the morning because he likes to stair down people an say **** across from you, just get out of your car, walk over to his window an start whaling on him likes his head is a punching bag, an let his two buddies in the back watch on, an not even help him cause there scared ****less of you( actually happened no joke )

Honestly worked really well, i recommend this treatment to anyone!!!!
