its called the internet.

no one really teaches you without charging you an arm and a leg or you stick with them when they tune other cars and pick up off of what they are doing.
the internet i have found is the best way to find out how to tune anything. there are forums stictly based on this.

internet searching and guts to try it out on your car... you'll learn from some mistakes here and there, later on, you'll be great... but you need to have some loss before some gain.... we all learn from trial and error after reading or watching someone
