Shyt is too small to read.

Cliff Notes please. Something about your plate being tracked and fixed to your car?

That can't be good!

basically with those on your car your every movement can be traced... a few of the giant faceless corperations have been trying to get them put in clothing and other products... soon they'll just stamps us with a barcode on our forhead at birth and be done with it...

Step 1: Attach jumper cables to charged 120V capacitor
Step 2: Attach jumper cables to plate
Step 3: When it cools install on car.

I hve a bit of experience with this technology from one of my customers.

They own an industrial cleaning and supply company.

Our club affiliate Altech rent's uniforms and wipers(rags) from them..

Some wedding linen rental on the side..

The RFID chips they use are encased in plastic and then encased in rubber.

Remember the chips are inactive and unpowered (mostly) when not in a "Hotspot".

When we tested them the owner had a concern with durability.

The hardware vendor mailed us 50 and a scanner and said abuse them.

We Hammered them,

Burned them within reason,

Left them submerged in water fo a week in an industrial washer,

Froze a bunch in an industrial fridge.

None failed!!!

I have another customer who has explored RFID tracking for students through uniforms..

With realtime data capture.

Not as expensive as you would think.

This is a private school with some high profile parents..

This technology is here, not coming..

When you think about it, it has limitless applications..

Be scared.

Blah if my car is stolen they can track it it's a instant and free boomerang system built into every plate.... a super reduction in theif happens and presto insurance rates drop due the reduced risk to them.... I see this as a good thing .... hell I'm up for a field tech position at work if I get it they will know my whereabouts 24/7

still, do you really want people to be able to track your car whenever they want? no way.

ya the wrong people could get a hold of a scanner and find your car (pending it was bling bling and they wanted it) then just toss your plate in the river and be on there way...

theres obviously some good that can come from it but its no different the america giving up there freedoms in the name of "national security"

ummm yeah they have to within 100m of the car to get the signal first off and if they are that close they will see the bling ....so there is no point .. also if it's on the highway they can see the bling and all the signals fromt he RFID chips but won't be able to tell which chip belongs to your car without access to the government database
