Sorry for the delay...been out of town with the holidays...anyhow, from the government link, you should see the tabs across the top of the picture of the legislature. Hover over the one marked 'members', and scroll down to 'who's my member'. From there, pick 'map' or 'address' and an elections Ontario site will ask for the info and just fill it in. It will come up with one person for the address, or for the map version. It should have full address info there, and in most cases email.
