Attention!!! Please Read Very Important!

This goes out to anyone who takes pride in their car.....

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR ALONE FOR A SECOND. This afternoon i was hit for the fourth time. This is also the third time that the person left the scene and the second that it was successfull. My car the 92 Civtegra was wounded today by the ignorance of one man in a late model blue grand am. When you park your car, make sure it is surrounded by trees, poles walls, whatever you can get because if you let your guard down even for 5 minutes, it could be fatal. I just leave this note so that maybe sometime down the line i can save someone from the same BULL$HI+ that i have just gone through. I didn't catch the plate therefore i'm boned when it comes to insurance and with my $1000 deductible, i'm forced to pay out of my pocket for some A$$hole who didn't have the courage to admit he made a mistake. Take this seriously boys and girls, i'm not making this up. I think driving tests should be much longer and more involved to weed out these ignorant drivers that dont know what their doing because if they were tougher, this wouldn't have happend... I'll leave that with you to decide.......

i had it happen at the movie theater like 1.5 years ago... then got my rear end painted... and 2 months later same thing... only this time on the other side of the rear bumper... and then a month after that i got rear ended by some punk a taurus.... i scared the **** out of him at the time and have gone egging his car countless times.... you'd be amazed how much that makes you feel better

i take it this happened in scarborough? if so where abouts, cause i go to school down there so if i happen to see a grand am with damaged bumper i can take down the plate. its a long shot but at least its something that might be helpful.

hey...same thing happened to me a couple years ago...i had a 2001 Neon R/T, a week after i bought it, i was talkin to a couple friends about 10 ft from it, some guy was checkin out some ladies, wasn't payin attention, backed up over a wheelchair ramp and down the side of my car...he got out checked out the damage and was about to drive away when i yelled at him, he gave me his # and said he'd pay for the damage, i got it fixed, a week later, he conveniently had no idea who i was, so i put him thru the windshield of his car in front of his friends, that felt much better, hurt the pocketbook cuz the repairs for my car came out of my pocket, but still, revenge is best served cold, he must have remembered who i was at that point cuz he never called the cops, just goes to show that not everybody gets away, i was lucky this time

thats why since you weren't at fault you get his insurance and plates... or at least his plates and report it to the police...

I wish it was that easy, but if you beat the snot out of him, your going to be in more trouble then he is, and if he knows that, yer fuct. Even if i did find the guy now, i'd take down his full plate, VIN, whatever i could get, if i could talk to the guy and get insurance info or just get some cash off him, it'd be better, some times you can hurt someone more in their wallet then leavin them with a black eye or a broken rib
