New speeding law in effect.

Already pulled over a few dozen cars and had them towed............

Not one of them that I saw on CP24 were modified cars. The ones they mentioned were rental cars, and cars of parents. Kids breaking out crying apparently, and on top of the rental cars being towed and impounded, charged 2000 bills, they still got to pay for the rental. Cars are impounded for a week.

Thats nuts. I was driving along 401 this evening, saw the huge sign (the ones that normally give traffic info about upcoming exists) it said something along the lines of new 50km/hr over speeding ticket; suspension and vehicle impound.

Good to see they are enforcing it now.

They said they caught someone 1 minute after midnight and it just climbed from there. They even caught someone's grand parents doing over 50.

Oh yeah, and if you argue with the cop, it's and extra 5 g's on top of the 2 that you will be ticketed for.

I like this new law. Finally people who speed 50km/h and over will get what they deserve.

This also means they'll be cracking down on people who are speeding period. So you better hope you don't speed. I personally just stopped driving. Parked the car and said I'm done with it.

i just love how it shows the kids in there parents cars and that even older people (grandparents) do this. Serves them all right.

Personally i think these laws are getting out of hand but im glad to see the tuner world is getting the bad wrap on this just yet.

this New Law Is Not Acceptable for me. Why They Spend so much time on Speeder. They should focus on guns and drug violence not on this...
