Thats true, but I drive 120 km every day to go to and from work as well. Only so many kilometers that I want to put on my baby, in 17 months I have put 47,000 km on the car.

Ah heck, what are cars for? I've put 10,000kms on my car since mid to late July when I got it.... and that's mostly from driving to and from meets.

looking at the poll results and the feedback on the forum, looks like theres some interest in shifting the meets a little more west.

For some people distance isn't a factor when deciding whether to go to a meet or not.

For some people it is.

In my opinion, I think the meets are held a little too far out there.

Hwy 7 and 404 are very North East for a "Toronto" club.

Closer to the 401 and around the same longitude as the 400 makes more sense to me.

'whether this poll helps or not.'

The cynic in me says it won't. However, the optimist part says...it won't

Thanks for doing it anyway, Buff...

A central location would be better suited for most people, but I don't mind the cruise out to wherever the meet's held at. On the nights where i don't have time, i just don't go, simple as that. If you have the time, the make the cruise out, if you don't, then don't go. Doesn't matter how far it is...that's just my $0.02.

Would could be technical and say......downtown TO........but that would be stupid.......traffic would be nut's.

Central is fair for all.

Also, the cops in T.O. have a REAL job to do.

I wish I knew of a place that was central.

If I did... that's where we'd go.

I always get my way!

well... sometimes.

I dunno... are there any underground lots around Kennedy Commons?

dont they have a huge underground Loblaws parking lot down by Queen's Quay? It would be a hassle to get there though.

Thing with downtown is that there's a lot of ppl so even if we find an underground lot i think most people down there won't like it.

I still think any location is fine except there needs to be an underground lot where we'll be undisturbed..and preferably vacant so the owner(s) of the lots won't mind us being there.
