flashing check engine light - ef
i just replaced my release bearing and pilot bearing in my ef. i ended up pulling the motor out cause it was too hard to get back in from underneath.
everything is plugged in and hooked up but when i turn the key, the check engine light flashes rapidly.
i need my car back on the road help me!

reset ecu, start car, light comes back on, check ecu for codes, cross reference code number with whatever sensor etc it may be, fix issue, reset ecu and hopefully you have no mo codes
I cant remember there being a CEL on 4th gens...I didnt think cars got those until OBDI and even then they didnt flash unless you had the service connector jumped to extract codes
