Actually 92 Civ, if he wants rear discs the coupe is out. But he'll hafta choke on the roof, they all (Si hatch or EX-V sedan) have a moonroof.

Just get a cx and swap in a si motor and rear discs. Motor approx 400, rear disc another 300. And these are high prices, you can get it for lower. So 700, install yourself and you have a car that performs better than a Si, faster, cheaper on gas, and cheaper on insurance. Plus you learn something while you are at it.
