pretty sure the article said the limit used to be 115km/h befoer the 70's and the fuel crisis.. so why not just raise it to 120?

well if you guys actually take a look at north american society as of late..the growing trend that i see happening is that "hey!! that looks dangerous..or someone might get hurt doing that if they are a complete retard!!!.so you better put it away!"

it relates to how kids are growing up these days.. (notice how so many white kids get raised with this new age BS and they all have emotional and mental disorders.. thanks oprah and dr. phil)

My straight european friends and my non white friends all still got beat (disciplined) when they were little and we are all functioning people in society.

its a safety first approach gone retarded..the majority of the regular going ons in our parent's times are now to dangerous, irresponsible or etc... etc.. etc..

and this relates to speeding too.. 100 is "safer".. sure its safer if everyone around you knows how to drive..sadly in Canada thats a rare fact. I do agree that the speeds should be increased.. but i also think our roads need to be improved quality wise.. ive been to germany and have enjoyed an autobahn..and in comparison a ontario road feels like rubbing your wife's hairy back you know?

I'm sorry but whether you crash into something going 110 or 130, you're still gonna be pretty fuct, so you can't say the speed limit has anything to do with safety. I think a 120 limit with zero tolerance should be acceptable. cuz now it's really 100 limit with 20% tolerance.

0 tolerance is a joke and will never happen...

People can't control thier cars at 100 (or slower on some roads), why make it faster so they can **** it up more?

Also, all those SUVs would consume even more gas (which does go up exponentially)
