It is very likely it will be recovered but in what condition? Most cars get striped and dumped somewhere, then the cops find a shell and give it back to you.

Dude sorry to hear about your car... did you check the impound lot on the lakeshore? the tow guys take stuff like nothing downtown....

have you checked the pound? u might've parked at a restricted zone...or you were parked longer than your ticket time...its highly unlikely for your cx to jus go missing like that...but i feel ur pain man...u had theft recovery on your insurance right?
one of my friend drove his car around with 1 way insurance...his car got stolen just outside of his work place infront of staples at heart land mall brampton...his insurnace company told him that he had no theft recovery on his policy.
anyways, you should try contacting a few towing companies in downtown to find out where they in pound their cars and give them a call. good luck

Nope, they called my house this morning at 7 and told me it was in the impound lot on 185 bartley dr. in scarborough. Went and picked it up and also paid $200 in fees as well as a parking ticket for $30 which i still have to pay online... all i can say is i hope this doesnt happen to anyone...

happened to my dads car while visiting the cn tower downtown with family,
when we got back the car wasnt there and since i had never experieced this it was the worse feeling in my stomach.... so i know what you guys feel like when your cars go missing.
it was towed however when he parked he paid for the hours we were there and came back like 5 min late...meaning it was towed before time was up, so he fought it and all costs were refunded and clean record
