Clutch repair/replacement?

Hi there,

I remember nearly 6 years ago, some of you recommended a guy/mechanic by the name of Scott (who operated out of a shop in Woodbridge - Hwy 7/Weston area) with regards to getting my clutch replaced.

So for about $300 (at the time), he replaced my clutch with a new one that was OEM standards and he did an awesome job!

Well its that time again now that I need my clutch replaced, and I tried looking in my inbox for this guy's info but to no avail (6 years ago 'was' a long time ago; who knows if those same members are still even here! lol)

Anyhoo; if you guys know who I'm talkin' about, if you could fwd his contact info. to me, that'd be great! Or, if there's someone you could recommend for a job like this, that'd be of great help too!

My car is a 1998 Honda Civic si coupe (2 door), btw! Thanks all!!

Maybe the few members on here will remember of the shop you're talking about, but if you remember where it was, why not try going there and see if they are still open?

Otherwise, contact Hivelocity, vendor on here. They are in oakville, so bit of a drive.

If its too far, another great shop is altech down on weston, just north of st clair.

Scott hasn't come on here in years. I don't think many people on here have his current contact information..

Yeah I looked at some posts I've done in the past, and was able to pm Scott (Newman). But if he hasn't been on here in years, I might have to try another venue...

Can't say enough good things about HiVelocity. I drive 2.5 hrs for them to work on my car, amazing prices and good people.
