wearing a seatbelt saved my life when I got hit, if I wasnt wearing it I woulda been ejected through the window...I'm happy with the bruises and slight whiplash I recieved compared to what coulda happened.

seatbelt = good
no seatbelt = bad

Running full speed and jumping headfirst into your dashboard is equally or less damaging than a 40 km/h crash with no seatbelt. You are doing 40 km/h, your dashboard is doing 0, which one is going to win?

he asked about the ticket, if you got info supply, if you don't then save your lecturing (this guy obvioulsy doesn't care for it)
you guys delete ppl bumping other ppl's for sale threads, because the comment doesn't apply to the thread...isn't this the same?

you can't do anything about the misspelled information....they are allowed to make adjustments to the ticket at any time
go to trial and see if you can make a deal, or hope that the cop doesn't show up...but that's very unlikely these days

i don't think there should be tickets for seatbelts. who are you to tell someone to be more safe?

if you are only hurting yourself... that should be your own problem.

I wear my seatbelt.. just beause it's not a hassle and makes sense.. but I would respect the wishes of someone who didn't want to wear it.. it should be up to the individual.

Do you really care if someone you don't know jumps off a bridge? Whatever.

why do you care if i die? it's a risk that directly affects me.

me wearing a seat belt will not make a difference to your safety.

I'm retarded to support freedom from government regardless of the consequences on the individual?

eh, house cats live much longer than outdoor cats.... the same can be said about not smoking, drinking, eating unhealthy, and not sleeping regularly.

should these actions also be controlled by an authority? Or is it okay for you to have these choices to make yourself?

I just went through with this myself in janruary 4th, I didnt care about the cash i had to pay i was worried bout the 2 points that came with it. If you go fight it they pretty much take the tickets off automatically. I walked into the courtroom and the peace officer or whatever just told me all he could do was take the points off. So i paid the 110 bucks and went on my way without skyrocketing insurance prices. I was in a hurry when i got caught. For some reason whenever u forget it once thats when they nail you... Anyways dont worry bout it, just go fight it
