if it's your third ticket... and you've already been to court for one. that means the time between the first charge and now is a long time. you are stupid. you deserve to pay fines... why don't you just put the plate on and donate 110 to me every 3-4 months

The other guy has a point. You're wasting the time of the cops and the courts with repeated tickets for the same offence, and by extension, the taxpayer's money.

They should automatically double the fine the second time you get caught for the same offence, and double it again each additional time you get caught for the same offence. Doing so would go a long way to cutting down the number of scofflaws that are out on the road - you'd eventually learn to comply with traffic regulations or go broke otherwise.
