need help

got a ticket on Monday Oct.9 for Drive Motor Vehicle-No Licence H.T.A. 32(1) $325

my licence expire on Oct.9 but i thought i can still drive that day but the cops said no and took my licence away cause they said it expired already

does anyone know if it say expire Oct. 9 cant i still drive on that day till that day end??

should i get a ticker fighter or fight it myself????

any help would be great

Call the MTO and ask them if your licence expires exactly on the day,or if it is still valid until the end of the day at midnight.

Either way, I'm sure you got the renewal notice months ago and have had plenty of time to renew it. Trying to fight it might be a big waste.
