just got a ticket

today is a bad day to me...............

got a $30 parking ticket in downtown in the morning.............then got an $110 ticket(just 1 hour before) for the white colour truning signal blub.............i have had it in my car for over 3 years and never had a problem even i got pull over by the cops sometimes before........btw, it's my first ticket after i got my driver licence in the past 4-5 years

i've heard that my ticket is easy to fight, and yes, i know it's easy

i am planning to go for the ticket fighter, and let them do it for me..........cuz i don't want to do it by myself, just want to save a time.........

anyone had the same situation as me?

just talk

hahaa.....take it easy......

basically, i know what i have to do if i want to do it by myself

cuz i know i have to go to my mechanic shop, pay and get a paper from the him saying that...."the blubs has been changed and.................." then line up at the courts ofice and fill up the form with an explanation , waiting for the letter from courts, then go to the court..........

i would just let them know to do it, it costs like $50-$70

i am lazy...........LOL

your white signals lights are fine, the cop was being a dick, as you are a loud white or amber tunr signals. because i have got a ticket like 4 years ago for haveing blus turn signal lights, and the juge said that white or abmer, and i was asking friend who's a cop about thing like this, because i have yellow head lights, and i thought i could have them but I found out, that I should not have them. Fight the ticket.

hiring a paralegal to do this is the most idiotic thing i've heard. Its going to cost you more to do that then the ticket.....

Go do it yourself....**** !

um... white signal lights in the rear are illegal...

in the front they ahve to be white or amber... in the rear they have to be red or amber...

make sure you do some research before you start talking...

if they're in the front go fight it, if they're in the rear change them to amber, go set a first attendance meeting, and tell them u didn't know they were illegal, they came with the car like that, and you changed them right away, and tell him he can go outside to look at your car right then if he wants...

usually that'll get it dropped...

the bulb signal light thing... its not hard, don't waste $ on ticket fighter... just put on the amber back on... and let them know... they'll drop it... sound innocent that you didn't know and you bought the car like that and been driven for years without problem that's why you didn't know...

no, they aren't......i am driving a 2000 hatch, they just comes with the clean housing, not white blub...........

btw, the description on my ticket not saying anything about my rear turn signal light, it say" having improper front and rear break light".....................what's that stand for??? it doesn't mention anything about my turn signal................

andy, i have been to court many times for this exact same tickets pretty much. Every single time i just go up there before court is even in session and talk to the prosecuter, i tell him/her that i changed whatever i got the ticket for when i got home after getting the ticket. and everytime it gets dropped.
takes about an hour of my time so i just go on my lunch
