But here I just want to ask, how much should I expect for ONE speeding ticket (~25km/h over limit), if convicted, will affect my insurance? like how many % increase I should expect from your experience?

I called my insurance company and they couldn't tell me any number in $$. Only thing they said is with 1 speeding ticket, my insurance rating will drop from 6 stars to 5 stars.

I tried the insur co online (new) quote, and suprisingly with NO, and with ONE speeding ticket I got the same insurance. (With 2 speeding tic the insur will go up by 25-30%). Maybe with 1 speeding ticket I'd still be ok? since my previous driving record is clean?!

Do you have your full G license? If so, most insurance companies will let you have 2 tickets free before surcharging you. A very few will allow you only one.

If you are on a G1 or G2, even 1 ticket can result in surcharges.

thanks, that's some good news. Yes full G license. Clean record for ~6 years that I've been driving.
