how many watts is 1 candela (driving lights)
how many watts is 1 candela. in keeping with the HTA i want to find out the max i'm allowed for driving lights. i know odds are i'll never be bothered by police for alittle over, but i still want to know. right now i have 2x100w driving lights (H3) but i'm going to be getting hella FF50 driving lights which are 2x55w (H7). i plan on buying stronger bulbs for the hella's (2x100w 5800K) so i want to know how powerful i can go while staying within legal terms.
