i got booked for going 150km/h at napanee.

officer lowered it to 140,km/hr so that's 4 demerit points and $323.

i wanna set a trial date, and there's this box that says...

I intend to challenge the evidence of the offences officer.
YES or NO?

i want to settle in court hoping to get it reduced even more, maybe even hire one of them former cop 'lawyers'...do u think i should mark to challenge their evidence or not?

If you go to trial, the original speed comes into evidence, and you can be convicted of that original speed. If so, you'll be subject to the penalties associated with the original speed, which include 30-day license suspension, much bigger fine at $9.75 per kmph over x 50 kmph plus 20% victim surcharge, plus 6 points.

So, do you really want to roll the dice on this one, given the break you've already received which can be taken away if you start to get greedy?
