Help Plz

hey guys...well i just got off of school and was driving up leslie..and then this cop pulls me over for not wearing a seat belt..and gave me a ticket for 110$...does this effect my points?? and is it possible to fight it??

I'm sure it possibly affects your points, and I'm sure you can try toi fight it ...but question is were you not wearing your seat belt ?? thats a safety device.... don't wanna mess around with safety devices they only go into a car after being proven ... anyways fight if you want but if the cop shows have fun with the court costs you'll have to pay too
