Hi all

Well, last night i got pulled over right after i went to a strip club. My mistake was that i drank one beer, i dint want it but the waitress told me that i have to buy a beer if i wanted to get in. So i bought the beer, chilled for a while, and then i decided to jet. Sure enough, right after i pulled off from the club a cop behind me, flashing his lights, ****. They were prolly waiting for everyone that was getting out of the club, and testing them. I took the breathtelizer test thing and it showed .18 and i have a G2. Cop decided to give me a break from a DUI ticket and gave me another ticket for 110$ for "GLASS G2 LICENCE HOLDER DRIVE WHEN BLOOD ALCOHOL LEVEL ABOVE 0" Well am i screwed or what? Any points involved ?... I was in the legal limit but with a G2, i dunno what to make out of this ticket. I dint get any summos or anything like that.

Be glad you didn't get a DUI charge, (criminal).

I'd pay the fine count your blessings and see what happens. I think you're restricted from getting your full G for a while (not sure i was grandfathered from the old system)

Hey, might as well try again with your luck.

set a court date and wait for your court date to come in.

go with a friend, and if you see the cop, make your friend go in their and ask to postpone the trial because you, the charged, had an exam that day/night. (dont sign in early)

if the cop pulls a no show, then you just saved yourself another 110 bucks!
