suspension for unpaid fines.......i cannot say what would happen, because i never knew i was suspended and i told the cop that i had moved recently, and maybe the letter was sent to my old address...
she let me go and just told me to keep off the roads for 4-5 days after i pay my fine and then get my lic. reinstated because of insurance issues.

this doesnt apply to you, but if you were suspended because of a crimnal conviction, then a min. fine of $500 to a max. fine of $5000 would be applied plus an additional 3-12 month suspension if its your first time.
(im too lazy to double check, but thats the figures from the top of my head)

I was pulled over on suspended license i didnt kno it was suspended(unpaid fines they said) same thing i moved when he pulled me over he said i signd the notice but i didnt he advised i take the suspension to court so i did and they threw it out oh yeah 3 days before he pulled me over i was pulled over for a routine check they said he checked me and never said anything thats when they said i signed it but i didnt so yeah thats my story.

did u made up the story about that you move? or was it real..

i actually did just move and he said ok he did say they would have to tow my car cuz he cant let me drive it but we talked for a while and he let me drive it he followed me for like 10 min till i was close pulled along side me rolled down the window and said ill let you go from here but straight home i was like cool and headed home for a while but as long as your honest it should be ok i never lie to police and i never had a bad experience yet (knock on wood)
