so are you telling me when a cop stops someone randomly they can do a safety check on the car on the spot??
why the hell would a cop make him check to see if his horn works?????
also there are a lot of cars out there with mufflers not stock i guess they should all take that off in fear of a pig giving them a ticket.
pigs are always in places when there not needed... damn put my tax dollar in better use go catch a drug dealer a criminal or watever dont waste time giving tickets to people over silly non working horn and muffler??

NOT...seriously you are a loser, face it the tickets are legit, he was stopped, found things not to be up to snuff and ticketed...is that hard to grasp and or comprehend? if so maybe u need to learn how things work...you would think tickets for things like this would make people ensure their cars are in proper working order and street legal so they wouldnt get hassled for things like this but I guess not...instead yall just bitch moan and complain about the police and them doing their job (which they are doing)...so in the end S.W.A.P.

i guess if someone has a different opinion than youres they are a loser???
i have my personal reason why i think cops waste there time doing stupid things instead of doing what there supposed to do which is to serve and protect..
ill give you a brief story that happened to me 2 yrs ago... i was coming home i was a passenger around 2 am when a drunk driver in a truck side swiped us and our van bounce around and hit a hydro post my head went through the window i had to get staples.. while i was on the ground bleeding like a **** the guy that hit us left the scene to grab some drinks and chips while i was being loaded in the ambulance the guy was downing bottles of water to sober up... after about an hr getting my head stapled up i was told the PIG got to the scene an hr after the accident and because of that he couldnt charge the driver with drinking and driving... only reckless driving.. hes excuse was it was saturday night and they were so busy...
busy doing what giving stupid traffic tickets like the op is complaining about??
put my tax dollars to work and dont waste peoples time giving them stupid tickets.. should we all run out to our car and check to see if the horn is working in case a pig pulls us over and for the hell of it asks hey MR does ur horn work? please get a life

yea sure your incident sucks and is unfortunate and because one officer gives you a lame reason or excuse for that matter and **** happened on a busy night for them (perhaps they were out catching criminals)...I too have been hit by a drunk driver, police were on the scene withing 15min tickets, suspensions and the like were handed out, I was in physio for 6 months and all was dealt with...because 1 officer messed up or didnt do his job to your liking or whatever is no reason to have a complete hate on for all of them doing what they are paid to do (issue tickets for unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles).

In my years of driving various models and various degrees of modified and unmodified cars I have had no issues with police whether they ticketed me or not...the tickets I have recieved include (improper muffler, failure to display front plate, defeat emmission control devices) and all them I knew the risks and deserved the tickets, did I fight them? yes, did I get them all thrown out or lowered? yes...cops do their jobs for the most part, us drivers do our jobs for the most part and every once and a while one of us rub each other the wrong way and somebody gets all bent outta shape...so I guess nobody can win at this

I agree. All the tickets I have received, I deserved to be stop for it. The cops are doing their job.

In Rob's case specifically. I can understand the horn charge because I know the car. The improper muffler ticket is a load of horse**** though. Because at the speed and gear he was in, you couldn't tell his exhaust from stock except that its significantly bigger, no crime in that. Besides his overall exhaust note is fairly quiet compared to other aftermarket systems.

cops in TO must be real jerks....

in Hamilton the worst thing cops do is find really good hiding places to set-up speed traps.....

and they mis-spell alot of stuff.....

lol you ppl that hate cops are pretty funny.

he has the right to check if the horns works or not. and it turned out that it didnt.
personally if i was a cop id give out improper muffler to anyone with a muffler thats a little too loud, sure you ppl love to hear it, but the fact is that its annoying to most other ppl.

the tchoked guy seems like just a typical idiot ricer who gets pulled over for having a 5" fartcan that pisses off everyone and drives like a typical immature kid. stop hatin on cops just cuz they give you a hard time. if u drive like normal and have a car that doesnt really bother ppl they usually wont bother you

more than half of the things ppl do to their cars that are illegal dont look good anyways, so in a way im glad the cops are protecting us from having to look at brutal mods that just make us shake our heads in dissappointment
