Court Trail Tomorrow

Just want to draw strenght and courage from TCC before going to war.

I have had many assurance on the trail, I think it is a possible win.

I concerns my lights, but since I don't have the car anymore, no worries.

But I have talked to an Ex-copper about signal lights - according to him, cops can't give you a ticket for white signals, as long as it is not blue.

I don't know about green, cause it does not affect anything, but I doubt it still.

Green might imitate a park ranger...hahah...

I just ran a red this morning.... worked late last night and I want to get to the office on time.

I think that's a valid excuse.

Alright, here how it went.

I won the case!!!!!! yeah baby....

The funny thing is, there were 20 ppl there, and only 2 cops showed up. I was praying to GOD that he would not showed up, but guess what, OFFICER #00995 registered, show I was called up twice, once with the officer to explained the situation, I never lied. I said I did changed the lights to white not knowingly, and he agree and he helped me out but saying the bulbs were not labelled. Second time up was the verdict, they withdrawn the case.

Another thing that happend was, one of the guy there was speed - I don't know how much, but his officer showed up also. So he fulled his officer aside for an explaination, his officer also helped him out. His Officer told him to asked for another court date and get a lawyer. His officer helped without with the explaination because the court was not buying it. I think he arranged with the officer for him not to show up on that day. Not all cops are evil, just some ********.

Well, that's it for this case, I still have a speeding ticket to fight, but I don't have to do anything, caause I got an Agent.

Flashing green. Read the HTA.

Either way, they can/will give you a ticket for it.

HTA...

62

(16) A firefighter, within the meaning of subsection 1 (1) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, may carry on or in his or her vehicle a lamp that produces intermittent flashes of green light and may operate the light if the motor vehicle is proceeding to a fire or other emergency. 1997, c. 4, s. 81.

Same

(16.1) No person other than a person described in subsection (16) shall operate a lamp that produces intermittent flashes of green light. 1994, c. 35, s. 1.

So a SOLID on light is ok....technically.
The proplem is alot of people change their SIGNAL bulbs to green. If it can flash on and off.....illegal.

Therefore.......technically, under car neons (green) are also ok........unless they make the argument that stop signals have a green SOLID on light that doesn't flash.

There are was around it....just depends what the cop puts down on the ticket.

diesel - did you get the ticket downtown? Usually downtown cops will come for sure, 90% of the times. Cops that are far from downtown usually won't come cause the drive is too much for them. Hope your guy won't show up too.... you'll win for sure.

Everyone there is scared **** stupid, you should see the faces of everyone.

REMEMBER THIS - don't lie!!!!! never lie!!!!!!!! Tell the truth with an EXPLAINATION or EXCUSE (a good one) "usually I don't know what I was doing..." something along that line.

REMEMBER NOT to **** anyone off in court, be nice!!!! if you can, talk to the officer, if he decides to show up.

My court time was 9:00 am, i guess that was too early for some of them.

Anyways, good luck Diesel, may god be smilling down on you that day. Let your win be your Bday gift.
