court tomorrow for speeding ticket
I have a speeding ticket and have no legal assistance, my court day is tomorrow. I want to get my court day extended, any good advice on who to talk to? Do I talk to the prosecutor or do I have to go through with the trial? Or if I can't get extended, how can I get it reduced or dropped. It is my second speeding ticket. I was going 104 in an 80 zone and the cop didn't lower it at all. Any advice?
