court date on wed
this happened in july 1, 2002
my court date is wed jun 28, 2003
83 in 50 zone exiting DVP
2 cars in front of me moved to the left side after exited DVP and the cop clock me at 83 with his radar gun.
what is a good way to fight this ticket?

just say you want the charge dropped because THEY failed to meet your right to a speedy trial.
12 months is just way too long
they give you a hard time, tell them you cant remember, this all aplies ONLY if you HAVENT changed court dates, and is the original date set by the court office
