Ok I went in and got my court date for my 142kmh over in a posted 100 total payble 317.00 4points.

Now... anyone who has been in this situation, can you give me a few pointers of how everything will work, what I should bring with me, and what I should argue or say?

I just wanna get those damn points reduced, the money dosent matter but the insurance will kill me


any help from anyone if you;ve been in this situation would be great, or even if you havent been in this situation but you know how to handle them thanx too!!

Talk to the prosecutor before the case is called and try and get it reduced...

If not throw yourself at the courts mercy...

Or plead innocent and get in line for trial...

before you say anything the judge will reduce the fine and take off a few points...then you can say guilty with an explanation and take what you get or not guilty and try to lower it even more but the thing is you WERE guilty so theres no point...say you have to pay rent/bills pay for school etc...and you only have time to work 10 hours per week or some bullshit and theyl go easy on u....good luck
