so my cousin has stopped with his integra and moved on to a lexus... so he is selling me his suspension parts... and just wanted to get some feedback... he is giving me his megan coilovers and kyb struts used only for a summer... for $100... hands down its a deal..

but just wanted to know if anybody is on this setup for an EG... and thoughts on it... MPR i know you have something to say about this lol..

Heres a fact if it aint the kyb agx then it will probably be on the cheap side

You are buying Megan coilover sleeves. From what I've heard them (spike) is that those sleeves actually ride decent. Supposedly the spring rate is not out the roof like most cheap ebay/no name sleeves. It will be bouncy and it will not feel like proper 1 piece coilovers.
Reason behind it is because there is no spring preload. When you go over a bump, the spring will loose all its tention and if you are lowered a lot more than likely the spring will be absolutely loose. Such impacts will wear out the struts quicker.
Now for the struts, the agxs are good as long as they are mint. Over time and being lowered for a long time they will wear out and feel like crap. These don't take 2"+ drop too comfortably. I had brand new agx+ tein s-tech springs at almost 2" drop for 70k kms and they still rode like new when I got rid of them.

Overall it really is a deal but the quality does reflect in the price.
