Hey, wondering if anyone has any advice with this...

My sister has an 05 Altima with the 2.5L motor, today when she went to start it, the car started however when she put it in gear and stepped on the gas apparently it didn't want to do anything, as well a number of warning lights were flashing on the dash...

Any ideas what this could be?, someone told it could be the battery, even though its started it isn't providing enough for one of the electronics (didn't sound right to me), could it be the TPS (throttle position sensor)?? (that seems to be another one that comes up online)...any suggestions?

could be electrical by all means! If the alt and batt combo are dying and just barely putting out enough to keep it running, maybe the electronics are suffering. It's probably a drive-by-wire.
Call the dealer, get it scanned.
