The new 04 Nissan Altima is confusing. I drove my freind's moms, and it felt so weird. Driving in luxory so to say. Sick car tho!

I think that they're generally pretty good cars.

But what's up with wanting a 1994 or a 1999? I'd stick with the 2nd generation of them (I think that it's 1998 to 2001 or something like that).

The newer 3.5L V6 alti's are quick..

They'll keep right up to the B18C civics.

How about a 1997 Altima SE w/ 128k. Black on grey loaded, cert. New rubber.

What does a B18C Civic run?

A 3.5 5-speed Altima is definitely a quick animal

According to Car & Driver, an Altima SE with the 3.5 litre V6 engine has 240hp and does 0-60mph in 6.3 seconds. It can complete the quarter mile in 14.8 seconds @ 96mph.

Pretty damn fast for a family sedan!!! They look pretty good too!!

That is magazine racing times...very baised.

A lot of guys are pulling low 14 second (~14.4) in the 1/4 and trapping at around 100mph in their stock 5-speed 3.5's...
